“Private Henry” is located on the quiet street in very good area of the
municipality of Liptovsky Mikulas, surrounded by national parks of
Vysoke Tatry and Nizke Tatry. The town center with number of
restaurants offering not only Slovak cuisine but various other cuisines
as chinese, mexican, german, italian, greek, etc, the bars, the shops
and other points of interest is just few minutes of walk from the
house. The train and bus stations are located about 10 minutes of walk.
The house is surrounded with the garden furnished with garden chairs
and table, and the grill. Cars can be parked inside of the lock-secured
yard.
Liptov region offers year round activities to its visitors. During the
winter months there's possibility of the great skiing experience in the
near-by ski resorts – the largest one is “Jasna Ski Resort” 15 km away
from the house. There are options of relaxing in the near-by wellness
and relaxation centers equipped with thermal pools, saunas, aquaparks,
etc. “Besenova Thermal Park” is 12 km away, and “Tatralandia Thermal
Park” is 5 km from the house. During the summer the region offers
various activities in Vysoke and Nizke Tatry, including hiking,
downhill biking, rafting, rock climbing, caving, quad-biking, horse
riding, etc. Near-by water dam Liptovska Mara offers the possibility of
fishing.
